In this part, we will discuss one of the most common tactics used by the criminals who engage in Organized Stalking -- "Noise Campaigns.'

Mark M. Rich writes:
"All targets of Organized Stalking are familiar with noise campaigns.
Basically, there will be a steady stream of noise consisting of a rotation of various types of disturbances around your house.
This noise may even follow you wherever you go.
This includes car doors slamming, people coming and going, people yelling, car alarms, tires screeching, banging, engines revving, cars beeping their horns, constant construction, lawn mowers, snow blowers etc.
An ongoing noise campaign appears to be most effective.
Like the collisions and cut-offs, these noises are done to startle you and keep you uncomfortable.
For instance, there will be doors slamming for a few moments, then a motorcycle will drive by and rev it's engine outside your house.
After that, you'll have someone mowing the lawn.
Then there will be alarms going off.
After that you'll hear a large crowd of people walk by your house.
You may then hear fire or ambulance sirens.
Then there are hammering and sawing sounds.
Then you'll hear car alarms being turned on and off in succession multiple times from multiple vehicles around your house.
After that it will switch back to horns honking, then drilling and car doors slamming.
Often, activity such as noise will be synchronized with you coming, going, or doing some other type of activity.
For instance, you may hear ambulance, fire engine sirens or beeps as you leave.
Noises made as you leave also serve as a form of communication to alert group members in the area to begin pursuit.
Chronic exposure to even low-level noise is considered a hazard that has been known to produce adverse physiological and psychological health effects.
Prolonged exposure to noise can produce high blood pressure, a rise in cholesterol, damage to the circulatory, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and musculoskeletal systems.
If you're targeted and pregnant or plan on having a baby, you may want to think twice.
Noise has been known to cause hearing loss and growth disturbances in a fetus and can lead to birth defects.
Just as the fabricated cut-offs are likened to getting slapped, these noises are the equivalent to being repeatedly 'shocked.'
There is no question that these low-intensity neutralization tactics are acts of extreme violence."

SYNCHRONIZATION
"Synchronization seems to be very prevalent with Organized Stalking.
Groups will try to synchronize their tactics with things that you do, such as entering or leaving your house.
Your movements will be synchronized with noise, vehicles coming or going, people coming or going, or other movements.
For example, when you arrive (home), two cars will drive down your street & someone will be banging a hammer.
Or you may have two cars leave & one arrive."
I can vouch for the veracity of this claim by Mark Rich.
If you are being targeted by organized stalkers, you may frequently experience the following:
- Aircraft flying low over your house, while at the same time one or two vehicles might be driving by your house.
- After going out your front door, you may hear a car horn honk twice, while at the same time, a different vehicle may drive by your house.
- When returning home from shopping, or the post office, or whatever, one vehicle will drive by your house while, at the same time, a second vehicle will drive by your house in the opposite direction.
If you live on a busy street, these actions may just be accidental coincidences; but if you live on a street with very little traffic, two vehicles going by your house, one going one way and another going in the opposite direction, at exactly the same time, it could be another example of organized stalkers working together simultaneously to harass you.
CONVOYS OF VEHICLES
"If you're targeted, you may have foot & vehicular traffic 're-routed' through your street.
You'll have an unnatural amount of vehicles driving by your house.(even if you're on a side or dead-end street) and/or following you while you're out.
Common practice is for vehicles to drive by scratching their tires, blowing their horns, playing loud music, revving their engines, and yelling as they drive by your house.
This can include city utility vehicles, postal vehicles (or other local governmental vehicles).
Some targets have even mentioned that local police vehicles have participated in the harassment."

It's a very good book to read if you're interested in organized stalking.

"The cut-offs I'm talking about here are usually not physical...They're fabricated, but like most Gang Stalking tactics they are designed to look like normal cut-offs that we all experience from time to time.
They can happen with vehicles, on foot, or a combination.
This type of space invasion is designed to startle you and create tension.
It can be thought of as a virtual slap.
They are used in blind areas such as corners, hallways, restrooms or intersections where you conatantly have people cutting you off or almost hitting you.
The perpetrator is unseen until he jumps out in front of you.
This happens in stores, buildings and on the street, with people and vehicles.
Generally anywhere there is a blind corner."
Mr. Rich provides the following example of this tactic:
"You're on foot and approaching a corner of an intersection, which you are about to cross.
You see a vehicle approaching the street you need to cross.
There is plenty of time & distance to avoid this collision.
Anticipating this, you either speed up or slow down.
The vehicle mirrors your actions.
You start to think that maybe this person is occupied with something else & you begin to cross the street.
As you step off the curb, the vehicle speeds up and meets you at the intersection.
The vehicle stops 10 feet from you and the man inside waves you on.
After this you might feel slightly angry, because you know the whole event could have been avoided."

"Gang Stalking"....The Movie

Somebody finally made an actual movie about gang stalking, aka organized stalking.
It's called "Gang Stalking" and it was written, produced and directed by Travis Clinton Lipski.
It's listed on IMBD.com as a "Thriller"
("Ever feel like the whole world is against you? Well, maybe it is")
I don't know anything about Mr. Lipski, except that he directed two previous movies:
"Karaoke Knights" (2018 comedy) and "Death Booth for Two" (2015), which is a "comedy short" (Not a feature length movie).
I was unable to find "Gang Stalking" (The Movie) on Amazon.com or anywhere else for that matter.
I also was unable to find out anything about Travis Clinton Lipski, except for the very brief "IMBD" bio on him which only showed the title of his two other films.
C.J. Stussi is listed in the cast of this mysterious 2018 thriller.
According to IMBD.com:
"C.J. (Caroline Jaden) Stussi is an actress and entertainment attorney.
She won Best Actress at the Barcelona Planet Film Festival in 2017, and Honorable Mention as Best Actress at the NYC Indie Film Awards in 2017 for her role in the short "Nameless."
The latter was written, directed and produced by her and won "Finalist" at several other festivals.
C.J. studied acting at the Ruskin School of Acting and the Lee Stressberg Theatre and Film Institute."
Her two mentors are her former roommate Monte Hellman and Academy Award winner Arthur Cohn.
Beside her acting career, C.J. has proved herself a savvy business woman in the financial field."

Gang Stalking involves the use of multiple individuals to stalk, harass, and taunt a victim, as well as to vandalize personal property.
This can take place for many years, particularly since law enforcement and legislation have yet to catch up with the reality of stalking by groups.
Techniques of psychological warfare are used against the target in a methodical and well-orchestrated attack that often leaves the target a victim of ridicule among his/her friends and family because this occurrence is hard to believe.
However, the number of targets are increasing to the point that they can network with one another and find out that the same tactics are used everywhere.
These gang stalking tactics are intended to weaken the target to the point of physical and psychological collapse.
The reasons why a person is initially targeted can vary.
Sometimes the person may be a political activist.
Others may have been in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Many people ask: "Why would anyone engage in this activity?"
In order to answer that question, it's important to realize that the person who has decided to target an individual is not the person doing the stalking.
This is known as "stalking by proxy."
Those who have ordered (the stalking) may have done so for a number of reasons, including revenge, jealousy, or a desire to keep someone silent.
It may be that physically harming a person is considered too risky by the perpetrators,
In fact, this type os psychological attack can be a far more effective way to harm someone.
It can completely destroy a person's life while leaving little or no evidence to incriminate the perpetrators.

HONK TWICE IF YOU'RE A GANG STALKER

For those of you who are victims of organized stalking, aka "Gang Stalking"..you have likely experienced one or all of the following:
- vehicle honking at you while driving by your house
- vehicle honking at you while you are out walking
- vehicle honking at you as you get out of your car
- vehicle honking at you as you get into your car
- vehicle honking at you as you go outside your home
- vehicle honking at you as you wait for a traffic light to change
These low-life pedophiles, drug addicts, ex-felons on parole, and others who engage in this type of stalking like to use their car horns (and truck horns) to "intimidate" you - to "harass" you - and even to "terrify" you.
Remember, their main goal is to cause terror...to cause grief....to make you fearful.
Their main goal is to follow the orders given to them by their "handlers" as to how to make your life a living hell every single day.
They use proven psychological terror operations (psy ops) against their victims, just like the Stasi did in East Germany after WW2....Just like the FBI did in J. Edgar Hoover's COINTELPRO psy ops torture program back in the 1950s & 1960s.
COINTELPRO did NOT end in 1971 - it continues to this day.

Remember, organized stalkers have "sensitized" their targets to everyday sounds, such as car & truck horns.
Because of this systematic "sensitization" of everyday noise, sounds like car horns can be used against targets easily, without fear of "being caught" doing something "illegal."
After all, a victim of organized stalking can't call the police and say: "Someone just passed by my house and honked his horn at me."
While to those who are not OS victims, a car horn is no big deal, it can be a big deal to those who are OS victims.
WHY DO THEY HONK AT ME?
They honk at you because they CAN!
They honk at you because they know that they can get away with it.
They honk at you because, after years of being honked at daily, the OS victim KNOWS that the car honking at them is usually, (but not always), a gang stalker.
Of course, not all honking horns are directed at victims of this type of stalking.
Oftentimes car horns are merely a part of a vehicle's security system...one honk to lock the car, and two honks to unlock etc.
But the trouble is, those who are victims of organized stalking are more "sensitized" to honking horns than ordinary people.
Ordinary people hear car horns honk every day and usually pay no attention to them, especially if they are not driving a vehicle.
However, gang stalking victims, who often are "honked at" every single day, react in a much different way than ordinary people do...because they have been "sensitized" to the honking of horns.
The honking of car horns is just one tool that the gang stalker uses to make life hell for his or her "target."
WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THEM HONKING AT ME EVERY SINGLE DAY?
The answer is: "Not Much."
However, as has been discussed on this website previously, the one thing that you CAN do about being a victim of gang stalking, is to "Collect Evidence!"
If you have a cell phone handy, get the horn honking on your cell phone, preferably with a visual "sighting" of the vehicle as it emits the honking.
If you have vehicles driving by your house honking at you, use a video recorder to provide evidence that this is happening.
If this "honking harassment" happens enough times, (whether from the same vehicle or from different vehicles), you will have "evidence" to show to members of your family, or friends, or even the police.

Gang Stalking Is Pervasive....How To Survive
For several days in a row, when doing errands in your car, you consistently come in contact with drivers who tailgate you, cut you off in traffic, or maybe pull in front of you unexpectedly.
Or you go out to get your mail and you see someone sitting on a bicycle watching you from a distance.
Or maybe you notice a sudden increase in strange cars driving slowly past your home.
Or you get the feeling you're being followed but don't see anyone there.
Or you find garbage strewn on your lawn or piles of dirt where dirt shouldn't be.
Or you return to your home and notice that pictures and knick-knacks aren't where they were when you left.
Is this all just coincidence, or is there something more to it?
You might even wonder if you just have an over-active imagination, or if maybe you've slipped a few cogs upstairs.
Over a period of time, gang stalking has produced some commonalities among those targeted or victimized:
- 1) The target is likely seen as a threat to a cause
- 2) The target most likely doesn't know the perpetrators of the gang stalking
- 3) Those involved in the gang stalking do not know the target
- 4) The stalking is subtle but targeted and can be seen as inconsequential or "everyday" such as:
- drive-by honking of horns
- drive-by yelling of obscenities
- hand gestures generally considered to be hostile in nature
- vehicles stopping (briefly) in front of the target's home
- trash strewn on the target's lawn, driveway and property in such a manner as to make it obvious that it
was a deliberate act
- shining lights in the windows of the target's home
- an increase in noise in the area of the target's home
- tailgating the target and then dropping back repeatedly
- day-in and day-out hang-up calls and wrong numbers

- 5) The gang stalking takes place over a (long) period of time or a number of years

The Intent of gang stalking is to:
- Render the target or victim psychotically demoralized, even to the point of committing suicide
- Make the target appear, to the larger community, to be mentally unstable for the purpose of:
- discrediting the target
- ensuring that no one will believe the target when they claim they are being targeted.
- alienate and marginalize the target from the larger community, even family, making it easier to
psychologically demoralize and discredit the target.
Gang stalking relies heavily on:
- The target becoming so psychologically demoralized that he/she believes that there must be something
wrong with him/her and is, therefore, afraid to say anything for fear others will think they're crazy.
- The target will have no evidence beyond his/her word that the gang stalking is happening.
- The target will have no detailed records or documentation showing what, where, when & to what extent.
- The target will not be able to find out who the perpetrators or those involved in the stalking are.
Anyone who believes that they are being gang stalked should:
- Keep detailed records and documentation of times, dates, locations, and other details, writing this down as
soon as possible so that details are not lost over time.
- Take photos of any evidence left by the perpetrators, making sure to include a point of reference in the
photo for identification purposes...For instance, if trash is strewn on the lawn, take close-up (photos), but
then also take (photos) showing the house, garage, or even a (parked) car as a point of reference
(to prove) that the garbage was actually where you claim it was.
- Keep detailed records of any interactions with law enforcement, even when law enforcement are friendly
and appear to be empathetic....Keep track of who the responding officer is, what (police) department he
works for, what he tells you and what he does....If he removes evidence from the scene, note how he
handles it, what he does with it....Know the procedures for preserving evidence and observe if the officer
follows those procedures....Write it all down so details aren't lost over time...Ask for a case number or
"incident" number.
If you believe you are being gang stalked, don't be afraid to speak up.
There was a time when people being (gang) stalked were not listened to, were considered to be "off in the
head" (crazy).
Now, (gang) stalking someone is a crime.(US Title 18: Section 241...See Editor's note below)
The more (victims) who speak up, the better chance there is that gang stalking will not continue "under the
radar."

Gang Stalking Is Pervasive....How To Survive
For several days in a row, when doing errands in your car, you consistently come in contact with drivers who tailgate you, cut you off in traffic, or maybe pull in front of you unexpectedly.
Or you go out to get your mail and you see someone sitting on a bicycle watching you from a distance.
Or maybe you notice a sudden increase in strange cars driving slowly past your home.
Or you get the feeling you're being followed but don't see anyone there.
Or you find garbage strewn on your lawn or piles of dirt where dirt shouldn't be.
Or you return to your home and notice that pictures and knick-knacks aren't where they were when you left.
Is this all just coincidence, or is there something more to it?
You might even wonder if you just have an over-active imagination, or if maybe you've slipped a few cogs upstairs.
Over a period of time, gang stalking has produced some commonalities among those targeted or victimized:
- 1) The target is likely seen as a threat to a cause
- 2) The target most likely doesn't know the perpetrators of the gang stalking
- 3) Those involved in the gang stalking do not know the target
- 4) The stalking is subtle but targeted and can be seen as inconsequential or "everyday" such as:
- drive-by honking of horns
- drive-by yelling of obscenities
- hand gestures generally considered to be hostile in nature
- vehicles stopping (briefly) in front of the target's home
- trash strewn on the target's lawn, driveway and property in such a manner as to make it obvious that it
was a deliberate act
- shining lights in the windows of the target's home
- an increase in noise in the area of the target's home
- tailgating the target and then dropping back repeatedly
